About Tablets Philippines

Laptop Acer Aspire Switch 10 in Philippines

The Acer Aspire Switch 10 sports 10-inch screen. Its body is made of metal and plastic build and it weighs about 2.8 pounds and 0.9 inches thick. This hybrid tab is smaller and a lot lighter than other tablet-notebook convertibles due to its screen size which is 1 inch less.

The tablet holds the following ports: micro USB, USB 3.0, mini HDMI, a 3.5mm jack, and a microSD slot to accommodate more storage into the device. The screen also has a front and back camera which both packs a 2MP resolution.

Multiple Modes of Use

The Acer Aspire Switch 10 lives up to its name, there’s a lot of ways to switch the device into a different form with simple adjustments using its keyboard.

  • You can release the tab from the keyboard dock by moderately pulling it away from the base. This way you can use it as a tablet device.
  • If you need to finish some papers and require a keyboard to get that done, you can simply but the base of the tablet to the base/ socket on the keyboard.
  • If you don’t want to detach the keyboard, you can easily use it as a slate by flipping it around the keyboard.

Whatever tasks you need to do with the Acer Aspire Switch 10, there’s always a better way to do it.

Performance

This hybrid device is run by an Intel Atom Z375 Quad-core processor, which is clocked at 1.33 GHz. The processing speed of the tablet is good enough to run basic productivity programs, browsing, and multimedia files on the computer. It also comes with a 2GB RAM for a better multitasking experience.

Impressive Battery

If there’s one thing that this hybrid device really stands out for, it’s the battery that comes with it. The tab itself is already packed with a battery that could last up to 3 hours with continuous browsing, while its keyboard dock that comes with a storage space also functions as an extended battery for the device. With the onboard battery of the tablet combined with its keyboard’s battery, the Acer Aspire Switch 10 perhaps has the highest battery life in the hybrid tablets in the market today.
