PC Enthusiast-Grade Asus Motherboard

The Asus Maximums VIII Hero motherboard isn’t just your standard everyday motherboard. It’s been designed from the ground up to be gaming motherboard that is capable of unleashing the full potential of your gaming hardware in your rig. The Asus motherboard is also packed with the latest and greatest in gaming utilities and features to ensure nothing but the best when it comes down to intense gaming.

LGA1151 Socket for Intel Core processors

Utilize only the best Intel Core Processors on your gaming rig with the LGA1151 socket on the Asus gaming motherboard. The LGA1151 socket supports up to 6th-generation Intel Core processors to ensure optimal performance not only in gaming but also in everyday computing tasks. Having a powerful and capable processor also prevents bottlenecking of your graphics card during intense gaming. The Maximus VIII Hero also comes with a dual DDR4 RAM support for better performance.

Gaming Audio with SupremeFX 2015

A lot of on0-board audio processors (or digital-to-analog converter (DAC)) on motherboards tend to be bad in the audio department. The audio output tends to be distorted and of a lower quality compared to stand-alone DACs. To combat this, Asus has installed a high-quality ESS ES9023P DAC with Hyperstream technology and Nichicon capacitors to deliver superior audio compared to other motherboards. It also comes with Sonic Studio II, an audio-tuning suite for the gamer to tune audio exactly the way he wants it to be.

One-Click Overclock & Cooling

Overclocking used to be only for the computer enthusiasts who knew what they were doing. With the Asus Maximus VIII Hero motherboard, however, overclocking and enhanced cooling can be activated with just the click of a single button. 5-Way Optimization ensures that your system is dynamically optimized on several different aspects to ensure that your computer performs at its best with efficient cooling to deliver the best experience for whatever program that you’ll be running, be it gaming, productivity, or just plain entertainment.

Gamers also have the option of tuning their computer’s settings specifically to whatever settings they prefer; which can also be activated with the touch of a single button.
