Nokia 3310 3G Philippines: Prices, Features, and Specs

Nokia 3310 3G: The Return of the Iconic Phone

As one of the longest-running phone brands, Nokia has created durable and fabulous handsets even before the advent of iPhones. One of its iconic phones from the past has made a resurgence in 2017 – the Nokia 3310, which now sports better features and specs to appeal to modern users.

Impressive Build Quality

The new Nokia 3310 3G comes with a sturdy plastic chassis that can withstand accidental falls and even the harshest environments. It is easy to hold in the hand and put in your pocket, since it is compact and lightweight, sporting a dimension of 117x52.4x13.4 mm and weighing only 88.2 grams. The Nokia 3310 3G’s housing has rounded corners which make it look elegant despite its low price point. For a basic phone, the 3310’s build quality looks and feels tougher than the one you could get from many mid-range smartphones.

The Iconic “Snake” Game

Apart from its incredible build quality, the new Nokia 3310 has cool and fun games to play with, much like its old version. It comes with the modernized version of the “Snake” which is Nokia’s iconic game. Since its first appearance on the Nokia 5110 in the early 2000’s, the Snake has been a favorite game by many mobile users who have owned the old version of the Nokia 3310. Aside from that, the Nokia 3310 new version has other fun and addictive games like Doodle Jump, Asphalt 6, and Drag Racing. It also has utility features such FM radio.

Much-Improved Display and Battery

The Nokia 3310 3G comes with a much-improved resolution of 240x320 pixels, a step up from its predecessors' plain monochrome display with 84x84 pixel resolution. It has a 2.4-inch display size which is not too large nor too small for making text messages and viewing notifications. It also comes with a removable battery with a capacity of 1200 mAh. With that, it can be set on standby mode for 744 hours, provide a talk time of 22 hours, and allow you to play music for 51 hours.

Other Nifty features

Although the new Nokia 3310 no longer has an interchangeable housing, it has various preset color casings that you can choose from, including warm red, dark blue, yellow, and gray. It also has dual-SIM slots that can support 3G connections. So, if you are after a basic phone with two SIM slots, then look no further than the Nokia 3310 3G. Aside from that, you’ll get a 2 MP primary camera with LED flash, which you might find useful for taking snapshots of important documents.

Nokia 3310 3G Price

As of writing, Nokia 3310 price is currently around PHP 3,000. Check out and compare the latest Nokia 3310 new version offers from different merchants above!
