About Smartphones Philippines
When the Xperia L was launched, Sony placed a lot of emphasis on its camera's capabilities and image quality. That is to no surprise as the Xperia L uses Sony's very own Exmor RS camera module – the same camera module that is found in leading Sony cameras.
The adapted Exmor RS camera module has all of the great bells and whistles such as color noise reduction. That allows the Xperia L to work incredibly well in very challenging lighting conditions. In those situations where the backlighting of your subject is incredibly bright, the HDR mode does a ton of difference to highlight the subject. It even had a dedicated camera key to instantly launch the smartphone's camera, even from lock. For a smartphone that launched in 2013, the Xperia L delivers rather acceptable camera results in challenging lighting.
Compact and Premium
What makes the Xperia L a one of a kind smartphone in today's time and age is its compact size. Its 4.3-inch display today is considered incredibly tiny, but during its release it was more than enough. Its small size means that it fits into pockets easily, and its slim form does not raise any unsightly bumps in the pants. Its curved back also makes it a pleasure to hold in the hand as well.
But like a lot of things, it’s the little details that make the Xperia L stand out. Take a look down its side and you will notice the elegantly designed aluminium power button that sits on the side, within reach of your thumb or finger no matter how you hold the smartphone. Turning the phone around and you'll see a metal ring highlighting the powerful camera of the Xperia L. At the chin of the smartphone sits a little light bar that lights up whenever you have notification.
Great Battery Life
Xperia smartphones have always been known for their amazing battery life, and the Xperia L is no different. It has a long lasting battery life that can be even further lengthened using the Battery STAMINA Mode, which turns off functions that are unnecessary and are not used, such as turning off your display quicker, and turning off your Wi-Fi and location services when your phone is put to sleep.
