News about Sony Xperia XZ2

The Sony Xperia XZ3 will feature a new single-lens 48MP camera sensor this August. This new Sony technology promises clearer photos and improves low-light photography. The new Sony phone will also feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset, 6GB RAM, and a 5.7-inch screen.

Considered as the E3 of mobile phones, the Mobile World Congress or MWC just concluded just last week. There were quite a lot of announcements and product reveals throughout the event from big tech brands such as Samsung, Nokia, ASUS, Sony, Huawei, and even players like Google.

Sony is one of the manufacturers that got many mentions in this year’s Mobile World Congress for their flagship smartphones which includes the Sony Xperia XZs. After its big reveal, the flagship comes with a deluxe version, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, which will be released this year. Sony is saving the premium version for a later release, while the Xperia XZs is already available for pre-order in Asian markets like India. Sony Xperia XZ2 Philippines Release Date, Prices, and Specs

Sony Xperia XZ2: Impressive Flagship Phone with Powerful Internals

The Sony Xperia XZ2 is a leap forward from its predecessor, the Xperia XZ1, packed with a new design, wireless charging, a much-improved display, and other better features. These improvements make it a brilliant device and offer a better user experience. Here’s a rundown of the Sony Xperia XZ2 price, release date, specs, and more.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Price and Release Date

When it comes to the Xperia XZ2 price, Sony will probably announce it in the coming weeks. As for the release date, it will probably hit retail channels in the Philippines in April 2018.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Design

The Xperia XZ2’s all-new design called “Ambient Flow” boasts more curves around the edges than its predecessors. It has veered away from Sony’s traditional bezel-heavy design, which is truly a breath of fresh air. Apart from its curved edges, the XZ2’s all-glass chassis is encased in a Gorilla Glass 5 panel with a shiny finish and fewer bezels around the display.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Display

In terms of the display, the Xperia XZ2 sports an 18:9 screen which is a popular trend in many flagship phones these days. This aspect ratio makes the Sony Xperia XZ2 more visually appealing due to the reduced bezels above and below the display. Another thing you can expect from the XZ2 is the Full HD resolution which offers decent visuals and clarity.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Camera

The Sony Xperia XZ2 carries a solid rear camera with a 19 MP sensor and a laser autofocus, which provides stunning image quality. Although the camera only comes with a single sensor, it offers a great video performance, as the stills have little or no visible noise. Also, expect to capture some impressive footage from the Xperia XZ2, since it is the first ever Sony smartphone to come with a 4K HDR video recording capability.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Performance and Battery Life

The Sony Xperia XZ2 is packed with a Snapdragon 845 processor which is very efficient and powerful. This top-of-the-line chip coupled with the XZ2’s 3180 mAh battery and decent screen resolution will allow you to get a full day out of the phone. The Xperia XZ2 comes in two tiers of RAM – 4 GB and 6 GB, with an internal storage of 64 GB which offers plenty of storage for apps, photos, and files.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Dynamic Vibration System

Another key selling point of the Sony Xperia XZ2 is its Dynamic Vibration System which allows the device to vibrate in various ways when gaming, watching movies, or receiving notifications. You can customize its patterns to make sure it suits your preferences.
