Sony Xperia Z3 Compact Philippines

Smaller but Better

The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact is an Android smartphone flagship manufactured by Sony. It was first released in 2014 and is a compact version of the Xperia Z3. Although released in 2014, its specs and features are basically future proof which is why it could still keep up with the latest smartphones of today.

Sony Xperia Z3 Design

Like all Sony Xperia Z flagship smartphones, the Sony Z3 Compact features Sony's signature "Omni-Balance" design. The "Omni-balance" design is explained by Sony as being a focus in which they can create symmetrical balance in all directions. This design can be seen with the Sony Z3 Compact’s plain black rectangular slate design, with its power button situated at the side, closer to the middle of the smartphone. The front and back of the smartphone is covered by strong tempered glass.

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact: IP Certifcation

The Sony Z3 Compact, just like the Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, has an extreme protective feature: the water and dust proof with IP55 and IP58 protection rating. With this the phone can be submerged in water at a depth of up to 3 meters and can resist a large amount of dust from entering the internals of the smartphone.

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact: Miniature Powerhouse

Being a compact version of a flagship smartphone means that the mobile device is blessed with a high end specification which is just one step behind its parent version; A little compromise for a more convenient size. That is true with the Xperia Z3 COMPACT. This device is powered with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core CPU (Krait 400) and an Adreno 330 GPU which gave the smartphone almost unrivalled performance in terms of power. Plus, its 2GB RAM allows users to enjoy a seamless multitasking experience.

An Outstanding Smartphone Camera

In a nutshell, the Sony Z3 Compact is equipped with a 20.7MP rear (main) camera powered by Sony sensors, and a 2.2MP front (secondary) camera. Despite being small, this phone remains to be one of the most pixel heavy shooter even against the newer smartphones of today. Its pixel count is not the only caera feature where it stands out, the Z3 Compact also delivers an unparalleled performance in low light, thanks to Sony’s Cyber-shot technology.

Sony Xperia Z3 Compact Price

As of writing, Sony Xperia Z3 Compact price is currently around P17,000, while the Sony Xperia Z3 starts from P14,000. Check out the latest Xperia Z3 offers from different merchants above and compare their prices!
