Xiaomi's biggest 2016 release would be the Mi Mix. The phone came on the same day as the Mi Note 2, and despite all the curves of the Mi Note 2, the Mi Mix managed to be the star of the show.In typical Xiaomi fashion, the company did not give the Mix a fu...

Everyone thought that Xiaomi was going to introduce a bevy of new devices at CES, given that this is the very first year that the Chinese manufacturer has an actual presence on the showroom floor, but as it turns out, the only “new” smartphone that they...

impressive screen, solid, high-quality built casing, dual-SIM, Miracast, USB OTG, and NFC, MIUI 8.0 with many extra features, reliable fingerprint scanner, high performance, leather casing included, long battery life
throttles during permanent load, fingerprint-susceptible casing, no headset included, non-removable battery, camera without image stabilizer, no localization in Germany, incomplete English translation, no Google services ex-factory, no LTE band 20
It's all about the screen. Xiaomi installs a huge 6.4-inch screen in a casing that is just a bit bigger than those of conventional premium-range smartphones into its new high-end phablet. Starting at a price of around 700 Euros (~$737), it is not exactly...

Xiaomi's latest device, the Mi MIX, is a dig departure from the designs of their other smartphones, and that's in more ways than one. The most striking piece of the whole phone is of course the near complete lack of bezels, or better known as those pesky...

Gorgeous build, No real bezels to speak of, Free leather case included, Small footprint for the screen size, Top-notch performance, Great value, LTE outside of China, NFC, 24-bit audio, Lots of features in MIUI 8, Incredible battery life
Heavy, Decent screen at best, Poor camera results, Weird earpiece placement for phone calls, Ultra slippery, Very fragile build, No Bluetooth aptX support
Highlight – Finally, a massive screen without the massive footprint. For years Xiaomi has been a company that has tried its hardest to provide an iPhone-like experience on Android, and for a long time they've succeeded at that goal in many ways. Over the c...

The edgeless display on Xiaomi's Mi Mix is simply amazing, and the ceramic rear gives the phone a luxurious feel. The base model has 128GB of storage
The phone is only sold in China and in limited quantities, and it's also Xiaomi's most expensive yet. The camera's pretty average at best and taking selfies can be awkward
The Xiaomi Mi Mix is, I think, what most phones will look like a few years from now. And believe me, it's awesome. The 6.4-inch screen covers almost the entire face of the phone, and the buttons you'd usually find on the front are now onscreen. The premium...

Flashy design, Almost no bezel, Snapdragon 821 works great, High storage capacity, Great battery life despite screen size, Software includes features Western UIs lack
Though flashy, design is far from accessible, Near bezel-less 17:9 display gains bezels when viewing typical content, MIUI a bit of mess, mostly due to lack of app drawer, Cameras are aggressively average, Front facing camera location not at all ideal...
While everyone was privy to the launch to the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 , Xiaomi took everyone by surprise at their press event in Beijing a few days ago with the introduction of a near bezel-less smartphone. Granted, this isn't the first of its kind that we've se...

Xiaomi took the world by storm when it introduced the Mi Mix last year. While Xiaomi unveiled the smartphone as a concept phone, the company surprised everyone when it announced the pricing and availability of the device. Why the surprise? Well, because M...
