Xiaomi Mi Note Price in Philippines & Specs
Previously, Xiaomi officials tweeted about a new device coming soon but they did not confirm if it is the Redmi Note 4. But last year in November, the Redmi Note 4 was launched in China, and now starts selling in other countries like Nepal. Recently, Xiaomi just unveiled the device in India on May 16 and it has already sold over a million Redmi Note 4 units.
Xiaomi may have leaked Redmi Pro’s successor, the Redmi Pro 2, on their official website. Although they managed to take down the listing quickly, the hawk-eyed followers of the device already had gathered information on it. Based on the leak, the Redmi Pro 2 will sport a 5.5-inch AMOLED display and will house a whopping battery capacity of 4,100 mAh, which is a slight upgrade from its predecessor. It will wield a metallic body and a 2.5D screen with a curved glass surface.

An Art of Glass
The Xiaomi Mi Note is the phablet flagship smartphone for Xiaomi. The Mi Note is encased in curved glass panels that holds a beautiful ultra-thin 6.95mm aluminium frame in between. The glass curves at the edges where it meets the aluminium frame seamlessly to create a single surface, so that it first ergonomically in the hand.
The overall look of the phablet smartphone is very simple and elegant. And unlike many smartphones of its calibre, the large and powerful camera of the Mi Note sits flush with its body and does not stick out from the sleek glass back. There is also a version that comes with a wooden rear cover instead of glass, making the smartphone feel even more natural than ever. The Mi Note’s design is truly one of Xiaomi’s best.
The large 5.7-inch display on the Xiaomi Mi Note is sourced from Sharp with a Full HD (1080p) resolution. It’s a stunning display that produces rich colours and contrasts for a fantastic visual experience. Everything on the screen appears incredibly lifelike, regardless whether you are watching a video, playing a game, or just simply reading on your favourite website.
The Xiaomi Mi Note also offers superior sound to your favourite earphones and headphones in comparison to other smartphones. Xiaomi has put in a high quality audio chip (DAC, digital to analogue converter) inside with amplifiers that can drive powerful earphones and headphones without much problem – it does so even better with Xiaomi's very own earphones and headphone. The Xiaomi Mi Note’s player also supports a lot of different audio formats, including .flac, a very high quality format for audio and music files.
All Xiaomi smartphones run on the Android operating system, which is then overlaid with their own user interface, the MIUI (pronounced Me-You-I, which is also intentional to show the connection between you and the smartphone). Xiaomi's MIUI is an extremely popular and unique user interface with its very own fans and newcomers alike.
It is unique in the sense that is enhanced by over a hundred million users all over through their feedbacks and suggestions; literally giving the fans and users exactly the features that they want such as software optimization and a security centre where you can control exactly every single detail about your smartphone.
